Kfinance Terms and Conditions
Kfinance terms of use: Free/Plus/Pro plans, payments via Stripe, bank statement import, and a financial liability disclaimer.
1. Acceptance and permitted use
By using Kfinance you accept these terms. The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country.
2. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes up to 50 transactions, 5 columns, full Kanban, multi-currency, notes and tasks — unlimited time, no credit card required. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited transactions and columns, AI import and automatic categorization.
3. Payments and billing (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Pro subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period and then move to the Free plan without losing your data.
4. Statement import
You can import statements from any bank worldwide in PDF or CSV format. Files are processed in real time by Google Gemini and are not stored on our servers. Only transactions you confirm are saved.
5. Financial disclaimer
Kfinance is exclusively an organization and visualization tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or regulated entity. We assume no liability for financial decisions, investments, or losses based on information shown in the app.
6. "As Is" service
The service is provided without guarantees of absolute availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for indirect losses from unplanned outages.
7. Modifications and termination
We may update these terms with at least 15 days’ notice by email. Continued use implies acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in cases of fraud.
