Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to my bank automatically?
No. You upload the PDF or CSV by hand. Design choice: we don’t want the liability of your bank credentials.
Does it work offline?
Partly: install it as a PWA and open or review your data offline. Creating or editing transactions needs a connection.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes the full Kanban, multi-currency, budgets, credit cards, due-date pushes and installs as a PWA with offline review. Pro adds AI statement import, monthly AI summary, bulk recategorization and advanced analysis.
What languages are supported?
Spanish, English and Portuguese — localized copy, not autotranslate.
What happens with my personal info?
Lives in Supabase with strict RLS. Your statement is sent to the AI only to extract transactions; we don’t store it. AI providers may retain requests for up to 30 days per their ToS.
Is there a native app?
It’s an installable PWA. Works on iOS, Android, desktop. No App Store in the way.
